He is survived by: his girlfriend Judy Diehl of Broadway, Virginia; his children, Ryan Mabie (Julie) of Hanover, Derek Mabie of Linden and Vanessa McConnaughey (Richard) of Strasburg, Virginia.; his siblings, Margaret Floyd of Glen Allen, Kyle Mabie (Noelle) of Carson and Alta Smitherman of Hopewell, Virginia.; and his pet Emma.
