She was predeceased by: her parents, George W. Hottinger and Adeen May Hottinger; her husband Karl Owen Ritchie; and her brother Orvin J. Hottinger. She is survived by: her sons, Jeffrey Ritchie (Jennifer) of Hillsboro and Gregory Ritchie of New Market; and her siblings, Bruce Hottinger, Bernice King, Carolyn Bowman and Lana Moyers. She is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
Viewing will be held on Monday, December 8th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM at the Grandle Funeral Home (148 E Lee St, Broadway, VA 22815). Visitation will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Independent Community Church. A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, December 9th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
