She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Edward Hayes and Berta Mae Rogers Hayes; her husband William Ezell; and her siblings, Claude Hayes, Helen Liles, Winston Hayes, Landon Hayes, Coyette Hayes, James Hayes, Kenneth Wayne Hayes of Buster Hayes, M. J, Effie Rogers and Artie Crowder.
She is survived by: her children, Randy Grady (Sheila), Bobbie Gittman (Robert Dale) and Ricky Ezell; and her brother Joseph Mack Hayes (Vicki). She is also survived by seven grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren.
