He was predeceased by: his parents, James Daniel and Irene Daniel; his siblings, James "Joe" Daniel, Doris Daniel and Naomi Groce; and his brothers-in-law, Donald Foster and Wren Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Ann L. Daniel of South Hill; his children, Kevin Scott Daniel (Julie) of Forksville and Rhonda Dresler (Brian); his stepdaughters, Angie Evans of Weimer, TX and Amy Mizzell (Eddie) of McKenney; and his siblings, Terry Daniel (Janice) of Keysville, Bobby Daniel (Crystal) of Rocky Mt, Margaret Foster of Lunenburg Courthouse, Ellen Lacks (John) of South Hill, Ruth Price (Marvin) of Martinsville, Joyce Newcomb (Bill) of Victoria, Connie Gregory (Ron) of Henderson, NC and Edith Jenkins of Burkeville. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews.
