He is survived by : his wife Jean Perkins Gilliland; his children, Brenda Gilliland, Billie Jeanne Cox (Jerald), Cassie Gilliland Keeter (Tim) and Chris Gilliland; his grandchildren, Gary Jenkins, Summer Valez, Jacob Keeter, Casey Keeter, Jared Cox, Myranda Cox and Kymberly Knisely; his great grandchildren, Charlotte Rose, Lucy and Timothy Clark Keeter; and his siblings, Ken Gilliland, Jerry Gilliland, Betty Rickman and Barbara Rickman. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
