With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anthony Washington of Brooke, Virginia, born in Fredericksburg, Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2025 at the age of 66. He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvert Washington, Sr. and Loretta June Washington (Truslow) of Brooke, Virginia.; and his sister Stephanie Roxanne Washington. He is survived by: his siblings, Deborah Washington Green (Bishop Richard Green), Melvert Washington, Jr., Gregory Washington (Tesha), Douglas Washington and Otis Washington (Eve); his aunt Darlene Washington (Johnny); and his cousin Veronica Washington Cooke. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
