She is survived by: her mother Iris Elam Gilliam; her daughter Marsha Gilliam-Callaham; her grandchildren, Shenea Gilliam (Ray Jackson), Aviaire Jennings, Ephirum Callaham and Shamar'Ray Jackson; her siblings, Timothy Gilliam (Michelle), Rodney Gilliam (Amanda), Anthony Elam (Christie), Dexter Gilliam (Bonnie), Kelly Gilliam and Karla Gilliam; her nieces and nephews, Tiara Rose, Donta Rose, Ariel Gilliam, Tyria Clark, Taree Gilliam, Rodale Lambert, Tory Larkin, Rehjan Lambert, Shaee Gardner, Taylor Bishop, Tyronn Gilliam, Tevin Gilliam, Antwon Elam and Antoinette Elam; her aunts, Patricia Elam and Mildred Taylor; her uncle Earl Elam; her mother-in-law Cora Lee Pannell; her siblings-in-law, Gloria Gaines, Florence Broggin, Sylvia Elam, Curtis Clark and Kenneth Goode; her godmother Linda Elam; her son-in-law Marcus Callaham; and her friends, Denese Boyd, Brenda Little and Debbie Hamlette. She is also survived by numerous cousins and friends.
Viewing will be held on Friday, June 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Jeffress Funeral Home and Cremation Service (304 Lusardi Dr, Brookneal, VA 24528). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, June 14th 2025 at the Ridgeway Presbyterian Church Cemetery.
