He was predeceased by: his parents, Oder Roach and Erna Roach of Charlotte County; and his siblings, Geraldine Abbey (Paul) and John Aulden Roach. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth N. Roach of Brookneal; his children, David C. Roach (Susan) of Brookneal, Timothy S. Roach of Brookneal, Donna Bradley (Bill) of Lynchburg and Danelle Nutter (Eric) of Barboursville; his grandchildren, Amanda R. Short (Thomas) of Nathalie, Melissa C. Roach (Tom) of Cape May, Andrew E. Roach (Liz) of Brookneal, Autumn B. Enoch (Ryan) of Nathalie, Tucker K. Burch (Nichole) of Richmond and Josie K. Carwile (Matthew) of Rustburg; his great grandchildren, Estella, Carrington, William, John, Caroline, Raelyn, Bailah, Farmer and Lennox; and his sister-in-law Louise Roach.
