Norma Jean Moon Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Norma Jean Moon (Brookneal, Virginia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 17, 2026 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hoy Nelson Buckner and Geneva McIntosh Buckner; her husband Warren Floyd Moon, Jr.; her siblings, Dale Buckner, Dennis Buckner, Zelda Kimm and Ann Garrett; her children-in-law, Donna Allen and Steve Mason; her granddaughter Christie Ann; and her great grandchild Kesslee.

She is survived by: her children, Dennis Martin (Angel), David Martin (Lisa), Susan Davis (Cotton) and Greg Martin (Dana); her grandchildren, April Sue, Candi Allen, Robbie Childress (Jay), Tiffany Vaughan (Tim), Chris Rowe, Tabitha Lynn, Ashley (TJ), Jessica Page (Jake) and Linsay; and her brothers, Jerry Buckner (Betsy) and Michael Buckner.
