He was predeceased by: his parents, Sydnor Winn and Mary Winn; and his siblings, Phyllis Martin and Tony Winn. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his daughters, Greta Kidd (T.) and Amanda Winn; his stepson Lee Foresman Jr. (Stacey); his grandchildren, Alice, Sadie Kidd, Mary, Abby Winn, Jackson and Drew Foresman; his brother Gonjoe Winn (Becky); his niece Joan Green (Donnie); his great-nieces and great-nephews, MacKenzie Green (Andrew) and Will Green; and his cousin Peggy Clements. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 17th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Mechanicsville Chapel of Bennett Funeral Home (8014 Lee Davis Road, Mechanicsville, Virginia 23111).
