He is survived by: his wife Liz Boyd Owens; his daughter Ashley Stiltner (Andrew); and his siblings, Sharon Mullins, Jannie Beller, Sherry Dotson, Shelia Akers, Debbie O'Quinn, Stevie Owens, Timmie O'Quinn and Greg O'Quinn. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
