He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Kayser Jr. and Polly Kayser (Slone); and his brother Bobby Kayser. He is survived by: his fiancée Donna Lester of Big Rock, VA; and his daughter Chasity Justice. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles and cousins.
