He was predeceased by: his parents, Melvin Hurley and Minnie Hurley (May); his wife Clara Hurley (Bell); his sons, Kermit Hurley and Brandon Hurley; and his siblings, Nell Fuller, Ruby Collins, Louanna Payne, Robert Hurley, Harold Hurley, Lonnie Hurley and Randell Hurley.
He is survived by: his children, Cheyanne Autum of Hurley, VA, Austin Hurley of Kingsport, TN and Craig Hurley (Hollie) of Knoxville, TN; his stepson Dennis Hurley (Tammy) of Hurley, VA; his siblings, Ida Hurley of Hurley, VA, Betty Malone (Willard) of Grundy, VA, Gary Hurley (Ruby Ann) of Hurley, VA and Jim Hurley (B. J.) of Hurley, VA; and his sister-in-law Annie Hurley. He is also survived by several grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
