He is survived by: his children, Craig Kevin Lane (Melinda) of Prater, VA, Heather Renee Ray (Jackie) of Honaker, VA and Kristie Lynn Charles (Channing Compton) of Vansant, VA; his grandchildren, Hannah Faith Rasnake (Evan), Christian Seth Lane, Chassidy Ilene Ray, Jacklynn Leann Ray, Austin Charles (Hailey), Lauren Brooke Charles (Dalton Kersey) and Bryson Lane Charles; his great grandchildren, Ariah Christina Rasnake, Evelyn Leann Cromer, Hudson Dean Charles and Alexander Blayne Kersey; his siblings, Brenda Johnson of Roanoke, VA, Doug Lane (Glenda) of Haysi, VA and Jeff Lane (Karen) of Prater, VA; and his sister-in-law Diane Lane. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
