She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Edward and Ruby Jean Peak (Sturgill); her son Isaac Lemmey Lee Barton; and her parents-in-law, Ocie and Lemmey Barton.
She is survived by: her husband Ricky Lee Barton of Deel, VA; her daughter Eden Lynn Barton; her brother Mike Peak; and her sister-in-law Shirley Moore (Randall).
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 6:00 PM at the Vansant Church of Christ (1383 Lovers Gap Rd, Vansant, VA 24656). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, July 23rd 2025 at 7:00 PM and on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, July 24th 2025 at the Tiller Cemetery (1141 Tiller Hollow Rd, Honaker, VA 24260).
