She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Gough and Lillian Gough; and her siblings, Nowlin Gough, Carlisle Gough and Inez Moss.
She is survived by: her husband James A. "Jimmy" Dean; her daughter Sarah Litten (Alan); her grandson Tucker of Brentwood, TN.; and her siblings, Hilda Taylor of Cedarville, OH, Ronnie Gough, Addison Gough and Mary Hagen of Dillwyn. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 9th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Dunkum Funeral Home (16923 Oak St, Dillwyn, VA 23936). A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bethlehem Baptist Church (3808 Troublesome Creek Rd, Dillwyn, VA 23936). A burial will be held on Friday, October 10th 2025 at the Bethlehem Baptist Church Cemetery (3808 Troublesome Creek Rd, Dillwyn, VA 23936).
