It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Beverly Aubrey Bowen of Buffalo Junction, Virginia, who passed away on May 24, 2026, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Robert Edward Farmer; and his grandson Anthony Michael Jaloway. He is survived by: his parents, James Aubrey Bowen and Mabel Stevens Bowen; his wife Jan Carolyn Thompson Bowen of Buffalo Junction, VA; his children, Nolan Avery Bowen of Buffalo Junction, VA, Blair Bowen Jaloway (Anthony) of Virgilina, VA and Allie Bowen Yancey (Josh) of Nelson, VA; and his brothers, Claude "Henry" Farmer of Ringgold, VA, Wayne Bowen (Paulette) and Larry Bowen of Virgilina, VA.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 30th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Buffalo Baptist Church (803 Buffalo Church Rd, Buffalo Junction, VA 24529).
