She was predeceased by : her parents, Otis Wilkerson and Annie Lou Betts; her husband George Lee Gregory; her daughter Darlene Gregory; her granddaughter Tanesha Gregory; and her brothers, Harvey, John D., James B. and Leonard Wilkerson.

She is survived by : her children, Calvin L. Gregory (Carolyn) of Clarksville, VA, George H. Gregory of South Boston, VA, Gwendolyn D. Wilkins (Lezeric) of Virgilina, VA and Carolyn F. Hilliard of Boydton, VA; and her siblings, Zelotis Wilkerson of North Carolina and Catherine Wilkerson of Oxford, NC. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Viewing was held on Friday, April 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the C. H. Harris Funeral Home (5717 US-58, Buffalo Junction, VA 24529). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 13th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Wharton Memorial Missionary Baptist Church (57 White House Rd, Nelson, VA 24580).
