It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Cynthia Sue Swann of Bumpass, Virginia, who passed away on February 23, 2026, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Joseph Eugene Swann; and her children, Dolores Seay, Daniel Diehl, Donna LeFevre, Shannon Posner, Sharri Thompson and Garland Swann.
