He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilson B. Frazier Sr. and Hazel M. Frazier; his sister Margaret Frazier; and his wives, Evelyn Frazier and Thelma D. Sullivan.
He is survived by: his siblings, Wilson B. Frazier Jr. (Judy), Charles E. Frazier (Polly), Marie Thorp, Rosalie M. Cyrus and Wanda A. Walker (Kenny). He is also survived by many nephews, nieces and stepchildren.
