With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Frances Kathleen Fowlkes of Burke, Virginia, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 10, 2022 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by : her parents, Cecil Miller and Ruth Norris Miller; her son Raymond Edward Fowlkes; and her siblings, Charles Miller, Robert Miller, Harry Miller, Cecil Miller and Evelyn Sine.

She is survived by : her children, Timothy Scott Fowlkes, Beverly Gay Bolt and Sandra Jane Lennox; and her siblings, Dale Miller, Ruth Donaldson and Sharon Ring. She is also survived by five grandchildren; three great-grandchildren.
