He was predeceased by: his father Lawrence Maginnis. He is survived by: his mother Nancy Maginnis; his daughters, Lindsey and Kathryn; his wife Kim Harding; and his siblings, David, Nora and Mary. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and a nephew.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the National Brain Tumor Society in honor of Paul Maginnis.
