She was predeceased by: her parents, Col. J. Elmore Swenson and Myrle Venice Swenson; her husband Richard J. Gallant; her brother Stephen Swenson; and her sisters-in-law, Karen Swenson, Margie Duffy and Mildred Duff.
She is survived by: her children, Catherine "Gigi" Swartz, James E. Gallant (Donna), Stephen R. Gallant (Raeleen) and David J. Gallant (Alex); and her grandchildren, Chase Gallant, Lexi Swartz Butler (Jon), Austin Gallant, Dylan Swartz, Chandler Gallant, Carson Gallant and Camden Gallant. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
