He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Henry Starling and Linner Witcher Starling; his daughter Tracy Starling Angton; and his brother Walter Starling. He is survived by: his siblings, Mary S. King (Kermit, Sr.) of Callands, Virginia and Henry Starling (Mary Earlene) of Callands, Virginia; his son Harvey White (Arleen White) of Danville, Virginia; and his brother-in-law Kermit (Mary King). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
