She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Garrett and Roslyn Garrett; and her sister-in-law Judy Garrett. She is survived by: her children, Tommy Sites (Robin) of Callands, Virginia and Carmala Shively (Andrew) of Martinsville, Virginia; her brother Carroll Garrett; her grandsons, Christopher Sites (Breanna), Hunter Sites (Kiara) and Caden Shively; her nieces, Angela Fleming and Amy Garrett; her cousins, Wright Garrett and Harry Lee Garrett; and her close friend Patti Garrett. She is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
