She is survived by: her grandchildren, Kristin, Mallory, Derek, Michele, Alexis, Travis, Matthew, Madison, Shawn, Brandon, Amanda and Lauren; her great grandchildren, Stella, Cameron, Turner, Emma, Hadley, Allison and Paisley; her siblings, Carolyn Neale, Lyell Gallagher, Virginia Wilkins Jett and Mary Jane Withers; her caregivers, Diane Fones, Tiona Tineo and Barbara Smith; Wanda Trower (Bob), Joyce Amos (Keith), Lisa Self (Tommy), Burnell Fallin, Jr. and Edwin Fallin (Valerie).
