He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Hunt and Helen; and his siblings, Kenny, Wayne Hunt, Patsy Coon and Janet Hodges.
He is survived by: his wife Darlene Sigmon Hunt; his sons, Christopher P. Hunt (Angela Martin) and Jeffery W. Hunt (Tracy); his grandchildren, Zachary Hunt (Amanda) and Nevaeh Hunt (Ethan); his great grandchild Cora Layne; and his siblings, David Hunt (Kathy), Betty Johnson (Dennis) and Nelda Hopkins.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 31st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Flora Funeral Service and Cremation Center, Rocky Mount (665 S Main St, Rocky Mount, VA 24151).
