She was predeceased by: her parents, Jimmy Guilliams and Marie Guilliams; her parents-in-law, Bobby Webster and Rosemary Strickler; and her brother-in-law Tim Haddix.
She is survived by: her pet Shiloh; her husband Robert Webster; her daughters, Nicole Flippin and April Wimmer (Nathan); her grandchildren, Katlyn Mullins and Alex Mullins; her siblings, Gary Guilliams (Darlene), Kathy Guilliams, Patty Snyder (Mick) and Sheila Hall (John); and her sisters-in-law, Donna Haddix and Linda Pendleton (David). She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and friends.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Bethany Church of the Brethren (2005 Bethany Rd, Boones Mill, VA 24065).
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to the Franklin County, VA Animal Shelter, in honor of Deborah's lifelong love of animals.
