He was predeceased by : his parents, Morgan William and Hazel L. Shively; his brothers, Ronnie Wayne Shively and Kermit Dillard Shively; his niece Diane Hynes; and his siblings-in-law, Ann Shively and Jimmy Scott.
He is survived by : his wife Betty Jo Shively; his daughters, Donna Hicks (Byron) and Rhonda Wiggonton (Donald); his grandchildren, Hannah Wiggonton and Jarrett Wiggonton; and his siblings, Margaret Scott, Larry Shively, Betty Ann Lackey (Jeff) and Carla Hodges. He is also survived by numerous in-laws, nieces and nephews.
