He is survived by: his wife Mary Lee Jones Phillips; his son Joey Phillips; his grandchildren, Chad Phillips, Leigh Ann, Karissa Phillips and Daniel Street; his stepgranddaughter Martina Hall; his great grandchildren, Brystal and Benjamin Arlis Phillips; and his siblings, Beatrice Ferguson, Brenda Waldon and Glennwood Phillips.
