She is survived by: her siblings, Gloria Hiatt Payne, Faye Hiatt Randalls (Jerry) and Otto Reginald Hiatt; her former husband Robert Westmoreland; her husband David Chaffins; and her siblings, Audrey Hiatt Wright, Barbara Hiatt Nester, Geraldine Hiatt Deal, Lavinia Dare Hiatt, Wanda Hiatt, Kenneth Quinten Hiatt, Bernard Fountain Hiatt and Raleigh Reid Hiatt. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
