She is survived by: her husband Steve Sweet; her sons, Louis (Shelby) and Steven (Stephanie); her grandchildren, Elizabeth and Louis, Jr. (Louis); and her sisters, Mary Lou Nardone and Kathy West. She is also survived by several aunts, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.

In lieu of flowers, if you wish to offer a donation, it may be made to her family who will be starting a patient advocacy fund in Patricia Esoldi Sweet's memory.
