He was predeceased by: his parents, Fred Rosen and Hazel Rosen; his siblings, Judy Rosen and Terry Rosen; and his granddaughter Brittany White.
He is survived by: his children, Amy Rice (William), Thomas Rosen, Kelly White, Kristin Lind (Adam), Samuel Rosen and Kathryn Rosen. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
A funeral service was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Community Church of God (9079 Birdsnest Dr, Birdsnest, VA 23307). A burial was held on Friday, September 26th 2025 at the Capeville Masonic Cemetery.
