He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Colls and Arlene Colls. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Joyce Colls; his grandchildren, Bailey (Zeke), Zach, Mackenzie, Gabe, Madison (Andrew), Mason, Corban, Corrin and Lily; and his great grandchildren, Zeke "Bubs", Christopher, Benjamin, Theodore and Brooke. He is also survived by his family, friends, neighbors.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 3rd 2026 at 2:30 PM at the Chesapeake Hall in Bay Creek (1 Clubhouse Wy, Cape Charles, VA 23310).
In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes thoughtful donations to the National Organization for Rare Disorders (NORD), Vanderbilt University Medical Center, 1211 Medical Center Drive, Nashville, TN 37232 in Rob's memory.
