He was predeceased by: his parents, Edith Grizzard and Wilroy Grizzard; his wife Patricia Worrell Grizzard; and his son-in-law Buddy Barber. He is survived by: his children, Terry Barber, Carla Marshall (Dennis), Mike Grizzard (Debby) and Maynard Grizzard (Angela); his sister Shirley Burgess; and his brother-in-law Allen Ray Worrell. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions be made to Antioch Baptist Church, c/o James Dunn, 15367 Courthouse Rd, Stony Creek, Virginia 23882 or to the Alzheimer's Association.
