He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Mondell Grizzard and Patricia Worrell Grizzard; and his brother-in-law Buddy Barber. He is survived by: his wife Deborah McClelland Grizzard; his children, Alexandria Dale Grizzard, Devon McClelland-Reyes and Benjamin Michael Grizzard (Jenna); his siblings, Terry Barber, Carla Marshall (Dennis) and Maynard Grizzard (Angela); his grandson Clayton; and his pet Bizmo. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends on Saturday, April 18 from 6 to 8PM in Wright Funeral Home and suggests memorial donations be made to Antioch Baptist Church in Yale, VA.
