We are sad to announce that, on January 18, 2026, at the age of 85, Peggy H Crocker of Capron, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Colonel "JC" Hocutt and Ella Mae Strickland Hocutt; her husband Everett Gibson Crocker, Sr.; her son Everett Gibson Crocker, Jr.; and her brothers, Gene, Dan, Roger and Wayne Hocutt.
She is survived by: her daughters, Pamela C. Ferguson (Jerry) of Jarratt and Margaret C. Vann of Severn, NC; her sister Betty Jo Crocker; her grandchildren, Stacy, Mark, Melinda, Elizabeth and Brooke; her great grandchildren, Ella-Mae, Logan, Scarlett, Olivia, Katie, Darby, Zoie and Drake; and her pets, Hope and Paisley.
The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service in the church and suggests memorial donations be made to Capron Rescue Squad, the American Heart Association, or Capron Baptist Church.
