He is survived by: his mother Betty Wilhelm Williams of Hampton; his wife Deborah B Williams of Yorktown; his daughter Jessica W Christoper (Glen) of Elizabeth City; his brother Robert L Williams, Jr. (Beth) of Hampton; his grandchildren, Payton E Jarrett of Williamsburg, Thomas William Chrlstopher II of Lexington Park, MD and Natalie S Christopher of Elizabeth City, NC; and his aunts, Phyllis Lawrence of Gloucester and Alice Faye Deel (Wayne) of Clifton Forge.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, May 17th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Healing Waters Worship Center (12172 Smiths Neck Rd, Carrollton, VA 23314).
