He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Keltner and Florance Keltner; and his children, Rebecca Murphy and Christopher Keltner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Harwell Keltner; his children, Christina Smith (Joseph), Amber Keesee (Curtis), Joseph Keltner and Daniel Keltner; his sister Mildred Cadam; his grandchildren, Jonathan Kerem (Natasha), Kristin Kerem (Nate), Elizabeth Keesee, Sophia Keesee, Conner Smith and Kenly Smith; and his great grandchildren, Avery Smith, Jackson Patterson, Kasen Patterson and Lucy Kerem.
