We are sad to announce that on October 21, 2025, at the age of 85, Ronald Oscar Keltner of Carrollton, Virginia passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Oscar Keltner and Florance Keltner; and his children, Rebecca Murphy and Christopher Keltner. He is survived by: his wife Margaret Harwell Keltner; his children, Christina Smith (Joseph), Amber Keesee (Curtis), Joseph Keltner and Daniel Keltner; his sister Mildred Cadam; his grandchildren, Jonathan Kerem (Natasha), Kristin Kerem (Nate), Elizabeth Keesee, Sophia Keesee, Conner Smith and Kenly Smith; and his great grandchildren, Avery Smith, Jackson Patterson, Kasen Patterson and Lucy Kerem.
Viewing will be held on Monday, October 27th 2025 from 5:30 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bennetts Creek Chapel (2690 Bridge Rd, Suffolk, VA 23435). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A reception will be held on Tuesday, October 28th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Ebenezer United Methodist Church (1589 Steeple Dr, Suffolk, VA 23433).
