She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband William Austin "Billy" Mitchell; her children, Wayne Jones (Cindy Jones), Connie Harris Glenda (William Harris) and Gregory Jones; her stepsons, Jessie Mitchell and Brandon Mitchell; her grandchildren, Taylor Childrey (Kevin Childrey), Slade Jones (Courtney Jones), Thomas Hunter, Noah Hunter and Wyatt Jones; her stepgrandchildren, Dakota, Bryor, Maryssa and Jesse, Jr.; her great grandchildren, Kamden Childrey and Baileigh Childrey; her parents, Alvin S. Brockwell and Ruth Vest Brockwell; her siblings, Roy S. Brockwell, Ruth Gayle Brockwell Oakley, Janet Pecht Brockwell and Nancy Brockwell Hawks; and her former husband Thomas Slade Jones. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
