He was predeceased by : his mother Shirley Parnell Durham; and his brothers, Charles D. Durham, Jr. and Anthony Durham. He is survived by : his significant other Deborah Jo Lillard Durham; his sons, Justin Durham (Holley) and Charles Conard, Jr.; his grandchildren, Kayla Rae Conard, Makenzie Jo Durham, Paige Elisabeth Durham and Case Jackson Durham; and his sister Judy Sauer. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
