He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Edgar and Sally Elizabeth Bailey Steffey; his siblings' children, Billy James "BJ" Steffey, Jr., Bobby Lee Hall and Amanda Rebecca Creech; his siblings-in-law, Terry Creech, Donald Townes, Linda Sue Steffey and Joe Vance of Honaker; his siblings, Mary Townes of Castlewood, Virginia, Billy Jim Steffey of Lebanon, Tommy Steffey, Sr. (Carolyn) of Lebanon and Newton Steffey (Pam) of Brooksville, Florida; and his close friends, Vickie Mullins and Terri Anne Funk.
He is survived by: his sisters, Sally Ann Creech of Lebanon and Vicky Taylor.
