He was predeceased by: his parents, William Junior and Josephine Arrowood Hurd; and his brother Doug Phillips. He is survived by: his children, Stacey Dean (James) and Tommy Hurd; and his grandchildren, Shayley and Sofie.
A burial was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 1:45 PM. A graveside service was held on Monday, November 24th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Temple Hill Memorial Park (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
