Kiser; his stepson Tommy Joe Harvey, Jr. (Cynthia) of Meadowview, Virginia; his granddaughter Kelsey Ann Duncan of Cleveland, Virginia; his sisters, Sharon Dye (Ricky) of Lebanon and Karen Rhea (Denver) of Cleveland, Virginia; his sister-in-law Kassie McDowell (Robert); his close friend Bonnie Yates; his siblings' children, Matthew Dye (Ashton) of Lebanon, Virginia and Miranda Sproles (Josh) of Abingdon, Virginia; his great-nephews, Aiden Dye and Carter Sproles; his great-niece Emily Sproles; and his pets, Yorkie, Bella and Blue.
