He was predeceased by: his parents, Elihu Jessee and Dacy Gladys Ervin Jessee; his wife Sue Dotson Jessee; and his siblings, Elihu Jessee, Jr., James Eugene Jessee, Joyce Mullins, Jewell Cantrell, Gaynell Cantrell, Eva Kate Helbert and Esther Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughter Pamela Mullins (Jeff); his granddaughter Emily Harrington (Tyler Hale); his great grandchild Annistyn Hale; his sisters, Lois Mullins and Ellen Hurd; his stepgrandsons, Justin Mullins and Codey Mullins; and his stepgreat-granddaughter Penny Mullins. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
