He is survived by: his wife Earlene Collins; his children, Elaine Fields (Rick) and James Collins (Kim); his grandchildren, Tim Fields (Amy), Adam Fields (Sarah), Chris Collins and Matthew Collins; his great grandchildren, Jason Skyler Fields (Piper), Breanna Fields and Mason Fields; his great great grandchild Macy Grace Fields; and his siblings, Glen Collins (Irdella) and Annalee Blackwell (Doug). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service was held on Thursday, May 15th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A procession was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Friday, May 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Temple Hill Memorial Park (2529 Memorial Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224).
