He is survived by: his wife Teresa Adams; his mother Betty Smith Adams; his children, Cherie Crouse, Andy Adams, Mindy Combs and Corey Mullins; his grandchildren, Allie Hayden, Sydney Musick, Haley Keeling, Makayla McConnell, Addie Combs, Ethan Honaker, Julie Adams, Lexus Mullins, Kaytlyn Mullins, Jax Mullins, Tyler Combs, Trevor Adams and Hunter Combs; his great grandchildren, Brayson Richardson, Braylon Musick, Nyla Musick Pickstock, Kalli Combs and Kohen Combs; and his siblings, Johnny, Jeff Adams (Shelia), Sharon Owens (Tony) and Darlene Adams. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 13th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
