He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Parks and Kate Riner Parks; his wife Pamela Kay Parks; and his siblings, Philip Parks, Tammy, Linda, Judy and Bonnie.
He is survived by: his sisters, Barbara Pryzby and Loretta Voetberg; and his mother-in-law Mary Lynn McGlothlin. He is also survived by several cousins, nieces, and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Castlewood Funeral Home (80 Donnie Dean Dr, Castlewood, VA 24224). A funeral service was held on Friday, July 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
