With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Jean Ethel Neimeier of Catlett, Virginia, who passed away on December 21, 2025 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Jean Ethel departs from this earthly realm, her essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Jean Ethel may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Jean Ethel leaves behind.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Henry Ahner and Ethel Cue Ahner; her children, Linda Neimeier and Peter Neimeier (Rachel); her siblings, Lucille Scholpp (Charlie) and Henry Ahner; and her grandchildren, Seth Neimeier (Emma), Gabrielle Neimeier and Hope Neimeier.
In lieu of flowers the family requests donations be made to AWANA Clubs International Africa School Project, or the Virginia Women and Family Support Center.
