With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Richard Rider of Catlett, Virginia, born in Warrenton, Virginia, who passed away on July 19, 2023 at the age of 76. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Richard Rider to pay them a last tribute.

He was predeceased by : his parents, Robert L Rider and Edith Ruth Dodson Rider; and his siblings, William Rider, Larry Rider, Dorothy Waggoner, Gladys Baker, Laura Kennedy, Lois Parsons and Carol Fernholtz.

He is survived by : his wife Nancy L Rider of Catlett; his daughter Dana Manley (Ronnie) of Warrenton; his grandchildren, Ashlin Manley, Kellin Manley, Aubrey Rider and Liam Rider; and his siblings, Charles Rider (Ruth), Mary Goff of Warrenton, Lester Rider (Peggy) of Remington and Ethel Weeks (Jim) of Bealeton.
